Hello guys and welcome to our review about Crunchless Core by Brian Klepacki.
Like always, this review will be divided into 3 main sections:
1. The basics section which can help you to learn what Crunchless Core is all about.
2. The pros and cons section where you will find the primary advantages and disadvantages of Brian Klepacki’s fitness system.
3. The conclusions section that will summarize our thoughts on the Crunchless Core program…
Now before I get into if it worked or not, I want to give you a general overview of what the Crunchless Core Workout essentially is. At Crunchless Core, the trainers believe that there is so much misinformation out there about getting a six-pack. They have developed an approach that is unique, simple, and works for anyone at any age towards achieving their goal of a 6-pack. Brian, the mastermind behind Crunchless Core, fully believes that always working your abs doing crunches and sit-ups can be extremely harmful to your back. He even has plenty of examples of people being unable to even work out anymore due to the strain on the spine while exercising crunches. Brian’s mission through the Crunchless Core workout is to share a safe way of exercising the abdominal muscles without the risk of injury to the back. The workout plans to sculpt a chiseled beach body and develop a stable, strong core to protect your posture. He is firmly against crunches and can’t even believe coaches are still promoting them!
Crunches cause stress on the lower back, crushes the age of your spine, reinforce bad posture, and most importantly, they DON’T WORK. They actually miss your core muscles, and don’t even strengthen the deepest abdominal muscles to give you high-end results. The secret the Crunchless Core has uncovered is that only by engaging every single part of your core can you truly see results. The Crunchless Core masters the technique of working your core three dimensionally.
The Crunchless Core in an 8 week plan separated into two different phases. Phase 1 takes place in Weeks 1 through 4, and is designed to set the “reset” button on your core. It is a time to begin a set of smart functional exercises and workouts to get a strong base stability for your core. Phase 2 takes place in Weeks 5 through 8, and it definitely takes it up a level. The exercises are now more advanced, but seriously train the deep abdominals and core, to maximize your results and enhance your strength. These two phases are structured to become more demanding as each week passes by but also increase core strength every single day.
The Crunchless Core is only a 60-day workout regime filled with intensity and guarantees to kick start your body back into health and refuel your abs. It sells online in three packages: for the Digital Download Only version it is $19 USD, for the Digital and Physical Collection Version it is $19 USD (plus shipping and handling), and for the best deal, get TWO digital and physical collections for $29 USD (plus shipping and handling).
The Pros And Cons
So now with that general overview of the Crunchless Core, what did I think of it? First, I want to talk about all the advantages of my purchase of the Crunchless Core. Some people decide to buy it off an infomercial on television but I decided to purchase it through their website and bought the Crunchless Core Digital Plus Physical Collection, as I wanted to have the DVDs as well. The pricing was a huge advantage for me. At only $19USD, plus shipping costs, the Crunchless Core is definitely one of the cheaper work out regimes I have ever purchased. It arrived fast, and my credit card was completely charged the proper amount. Another advantage, is they do over a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. So I knew if I wasn’t satisfied with the workouts, or the discs just didn’t work, I could easily get my money back. This is a great bonus, especially for online workouts that you never know if they’ll work out or not.
So the program consists of six quick 10-minute workouts, and they come on two DVDS (unless you just want to access them online). You follow what they outline you to do each day and GET TO WORK! As I said before there are two phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2), at the moment of this review I am just about to begin Phase 2 so I can’t speak much to that. A huge advantage from the get go was the length of the workouts. I am an incredibly busy person, with a fast paced life, but the Crunchless Core is designed to give you an intense workout but in a short amount of time. Even in my first workout I felt muscles in my core being used, that I didn’t even know existed. Brian was not kidding when he said these workouts are intense. Even in Workout 1, a core training work out, I struggled to get through it. But I’m happy to say that over time I am getting stronger and it is getting easier. I am happily seeing results and am excited to see what Phase 2 brings.
Now for the disadvantages! With any workout bought online, I do find a huge disadvantage is you are essentially working out alone. At least with a personal trainer, you have someone to hold you accountable and push you to keep up the workout. With the Crunchless Core, unless you are doing it with someone, it is easy to skip a day if you’re tired or to give up altogether. I do find sometimes I get bored of the same routines over and over, which is a disadvantage, but I cannot lie about my results! It works!
The Crunchless Core is a great workout routine and I guarantee will begin to flatten your stomach, and eventually give you rock hard abs. Just stick to it!
