Another reason why you should get more sleep is that sleep deprivation can make you go hungry, thus causing you to eat some more.
 
Intermittent fasting

Another thing that can help you keep those fats burning with your metabolism is to do intermittent fasting. This type of fasting allows you to regulate your blood sugar levels so that any inflammation in your body will be reduced. When you skip eating for a few hours, the hunger hormone, ghrelin goes down too, which means that your body will not be looking for anything sweet which saves your body from inflammation.

Add vinegar

Did you know that adding vinegar to your diet can be beneficial to you in the weight loss department? This is because it has the ability to regulate your heart’s health as well as keep your blood sugar levels under control. Studies show that taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar per day can reduce your belly fat, body weight, as well your waist’s circumference too within 12 weeks. Reducing your consumption of refined carbs can help keep your weight down and minimize the accumulation of belly fat too which is something that you should take note of if you are trying to keep your weight down.
