You can apply 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey and fresh lemon juice with your cup of water then drink it two times a day for a week.

Another natural remedy that you can use for your swollen lymph nodes is that using a warm compress on the swollen area. This treatment can help reduce the swelling by improving blood circulating in your body. This can also aid in reducing swelling and even the pain that is linked with lymph nodes.

Apple cider vinegar

If you have some apple cider vinegar in the pantry, then you are in the right track to treating your swollen lymph nodes because this ingredient brings back the natural pH levels in your body. All that you have to do is to combine equal parts of water and apple cider vinegar then soak a wash cloth in it before placing it on the areas that are swollen. Leave it on for about 5 minutes then wash off with warm water. You can do this once or twice a day.
