Increase your red blod cells. One way to fight fatigue is to have sufficient amount of iron in the body. A good indication that you are well hydrated is when your urine is pale. If it is slightly darker or darker in shade, you need to up your water intake.
Do yoga. If you have been staying away from yoga because you’re worried that you are not physically ready for it, you might be surprised to find that there are others who are in the same predicament as you who found that they were able to develop not just their body but their mind as well through this exercise. Yoga increases your flexibility while teaching you how to calm your mind to fight fatigue.
Eat fish. Another way for you to combat fatigue is to eat fish. Fish contains plenty of omega-3 fatty acids that promote better blood circulation and heart health. This helps combat the effects of fatigue.
